"What is gravity?"

Abstract: Black holes are the most compact objects of nature exhibiting properties that for a long time were viewed as mysterious. However, it has been understood recently that these features emerge from certain universal phenomena and are fully shared by a large class of objects. This understanding has a wide range of implications for fundamental physics, cosmology and quantum information. We review the subject and discuss applications for the primordial black holes as dark matter and cosmology.
